Podiatrist Locator for the Greater Rochester Area

Podiatry focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions associated with the foot. Doctors of Podiatric Medicine (DPMs) practice primarily on feet. DPMs are licensed in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico to diagnose and treat the foot and related areas by medical, surgical, or other means. In addition to private practices, podiatrists serve on hospital staffs, in long-term care facilities, schools of medicine, the Armed Forces, the US Public Health Service, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and in municipal health departments. The demands for skilled podiatric physicians are increasing due to foot and ankle disorders are among the most widespread and neglected health problems.

The goal of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association's Find Your Footing Website is simple: to connect people to the best podiatrists in the Greater Rochester Area. Each of these podiatrists is committed to the highest standard of foot care in the medical community, and is ready to serve the podiatrical needs of you and your family.
